After the upgrade, verify that all required agents are running.

1. In Dev Studio, click ConfigureSystemOperationsAgent management.
2. Verify whether the required agents are running in the following rulesets:
   • PegaMKT-Engine
   • PegaMKT-PushNotification
   • PegaMKT-Install
   • PegaMKT-FieldMarketing (if you installed it)

   The Status column indicates whether an agent is active or not.
3. If a required agent is not running, select that agent, and then click Start.
4. Restart the application server.
