Configuring the Collections logic
In Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services, you can implement various Pega Collections capabilities, such as identifying the best payment plan or payment schedule. Customize the business logic for determining the payment plan that has the highest likelihood of obtaining returns by making use of AI and decisioning features in Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services.
To benefit from Pega Collections capabilities, Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services must be integrated with Pega Customer Service for Financial Services. A SOAP connector service manages this connection.
- Define the endpoint URLs by performing the following actions:
- In Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services, in the CRMEndpointURL dynamic system setting, update the endpoint URL to point to Pega Customer Service for Financial Services.
- In Pega Customer Service for Financial Services, on the Customer Decision Hub landing page, update the endpoint URL to
point to Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services.This value is mapped to the dynamic system setting ConnectMKTURL.
- In the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal, define collection plans by creating a business issue and group for the collections logic and by adding payment plan offers.
