Defining inbound SMS accounts

Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services uses inbound SMS accounts to listen for customer responses to actions and to take the next appropriate action.

  1. Define the following information for the inbound SMS account.
    • Account name
    • Host address
    • Host port
    • Inbox address
    • Host IP address
    • User ID
    • Password
    • Reconnect time (seconds)
    • Response timeout (seconds)
    • Maximum number of retries
  2. If required, define the name and value of any additional SMPP properties for this account.
