Getting started with Next-Best-Action
Define the structure for your business and the actions you want to engage with your customers. Actions, previously referred to as propositions or offers, are the messages you want to communicate to your customers. They are organized into your business structure.
You can define your business structure by using the Next-Best-Action Designer. Next-Best-Action Designer provides an easy to use, guided way to define, manage and monitor your next-best-actions across your inbound and outbound channels.

Perform the following tasks to configure the business hierarchy:
- Adding business issues and groups
Implement the structure of business issues and groups in your organization.
- Optional: Configuring Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services to support the Pega Customer Relationship Management features
If you want to use Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services with the Pega Customer Relationship Management suite, review the configuration of decisioning services, verify the top level SR class, and configure Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services to use Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services cases.
