Loading customer records

Load your Sales Automation contacts into your marketing customer table by running the data flow rules that are part of the PegaMarketingFS-CRM ruleset.

Utilizing data flows to load your data provides performance benefits, traceability with Pega, as well as automated scheduling capabilities through the use of agents. See the StoreContactsInDDS agent activity run by the CRMFS-Artifacts agent schedule rule for an example.

  1. Search for and open any of the data flow rules that load customer records, such as DF_GetSAFSContacts.
  2. Optional: Click Save as and modify the data flow rule to match your requirements.
  3. Click ActionsRun.
    Result: The data is loaded into the database table that is mapped to your customer class and into the Decision Data Store.
