Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services hotfixes

Note: In version 8.6, the Pega Customer Decision Hub™ for Financial Services application (earlier Pega Marketing™ for Financial Services) is merged with Pega Customer Decision Hub™. For information about the applicable hotfixes, see Required Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Marketing hotfixes.

Starting in release 8.5, Pega Customer Decision Hub combines the features that are available in previous versions of Pega Marketing™ and Pega Customer Decision Hub with new functionalities, as the main solution for one-to-one customer engagement.

The following tables list hotfixes required for the application. To request a hotfix:

  1. Go to your account on My Support Portal.
  2. Click New Request > For something I need, and then select Service request > Existing hotfix.
  3. Fill out the case creation form, and then click Finish.

Import each type of hotfix in the listed order during the application installation or upgrade:

  • Apply Pega Customer Decision Hub or Pega Marketing hotfixes immediately after the Pega Customer Decision Hub or Pega Marketing installation or upgrade. For more information, see Required Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Marketing hotfixes.

  • Apply Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services or Pega Marketing for Financial Services hotfixes just after you complete the application bundle import.
