Next steps

Updated on August 3, 2022

After a system architect completes the implementation of Pega Customer Decision Hub, the next steps can be to configure the Deployment Manager and test the implementation of environments and pipelines. Also, the business team can configure the necessary artifacts that they need to solve real business problems.

  • Configure the Deployment Manager and pipelines, so that you can automatically export simulation data from a production system and import it into a Business Operations environment.
Note: Deployment Manager is used by default on Pega Cloud. For non-Pega Cloud implementations, you can use other tools, such as Jenkins.

For more information, see Configuring Deployment Manager for data migration pipelines.

  • Test your implementation. Verify whether your environments and pipelines work as designed by running a change management test case and deploying the associated revision to production.

For more information, see Testing your implementation.

  • Configure business issues and groups, channel limits and constraints, actions, treatments, and decision strategies by using the Next-Best-Action Designer.

For more information, see Understanding Next-Best-Action Designer basics.
