1:1 Operations Manager overlay application

The business content team uses the 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application in the Business Operations Environment (BOE) to build new actions and features. The 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application is built on the Customer Decision Hub implementation application and the 1:1 Operations Manager extension. After your development environment is mature enough and migrated to the BOE, the business content team can start using the overlay application to manage business changes.

Customer Decision Hub implementation application

This is your extended Pega Customer Decision Hub application. This layer includes extensions and customizations of the out-of-the-box features of Pega Customer Decision Hub, such as the customer class for storing your customer data, a hierarchy of groups and issues and engagement policies for determining next best actions, rules for loading customer data into Pega Customer Decision Hub from external systems, and other settings.

1:1 Operations Manager extension application

This application contains all the extensions and overrides that you make to the base Pega 1:1 Operations Manager application. For more information, see Building features in Pega 1:1 Operations Manager.

This layer contains the out-of-the-box features of Pega Customer Decision Hub.
