Creating operator accounts in Pega Customer Decision Hub

Updated on May 30, 2022

Review the list of available user roles and access groups, and create operator accounts for your users.

While creating operator accounts, make sure to enable the Allow rule check out option on the Security tab of the operator account.

After creating the first operator record, open it in Dev Studio, and then click SaveSave as. This operation creates a new operator record with all the settings and preferences that you previously entered.

After you create operator accounts for users of your implementation application, you can invite them to log in at any time.
