Enabling business users to request changes to action bundles

Team leaders can enable business users to request updates to action bundles. To activate this option, edit the Pega 1:1 Operations Manager settings.

  1. Log in to Pega 1:1 Operations Manager as an operator in the TeamLead access group.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click the user icon, and then click Operations Manager Settings.
  3. In the Data capture section, select Enable bundling.
Result: Business users requesting new actions through Pega 1:1 Operations Manager can now specify if the action should be included in an existing action bundle.
