Enabling fast-track change requests

Fast track changes requests are used to address high-priority business needs efficiently. This type of change request provides a mechanism to quickly deploy urgent changes, without disrupting revisions that are in progress. If your application stack includes Pega 1:1 Operations Manager, make sure that you have the access groups required to create fast-track change requests.

Fast-track change requests are created in the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal. Ensure that your your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application has the following access groups:
  • FastTrackRevisionManager - Works on and resolves fast track change requests.
  • FastTrackStrategyDesigner - Amends or creates business rules as part of a fast track change request.
