Verifying Pega 1:1 Operations Manager implementation
To verify that your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager is correctly implemented, validate the application stack, confirm that you can access the Pega 1:1 Operations Manager portal, and test the change request creation.
- Log in as an operator in the your Pega Customer Decision Hub implementation application:CDHAdmins access group.
- Verify that the overlay application is created.
- Verify that operators in the following access groups can access the application:
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:OpsMgrAdmin
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager extension application:OpsDeveloper
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:TeamLead
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:BusinessUser
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:NBASpecialist
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:StrategyDesigner
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:RevisionManager
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:FastTrackRevisionManager
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:FastTrackStrategyDesigner
- Make sure that all the access groups point to the overlay application.
- Open each access group and verify that the respective access roles are available in the Available Roles section.
- On the Advanced tab check if the work pool is PegaMKT-Work-Ops.
- For the following access groups ensure the Default destination
field contains the CDH-Artifacts ruleset:
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:StrategyDesigner
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:RevisionManager
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:FastTrackRevisionManager
- your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager overlay application:FastTrackStrategyDesigner
- Click .
- Verify that the built-on Pega Customer Decision Hub application has at least one issue and one group in the Proposition Management hierarchy.
- Verify that the overlay SR points to the SR class of your main application.
- In Dev Studio, click on the name of your overlay application, and then click Definition.
- Verify that the applications are listed in the following orders:
- Your Pega Customer Decision Hub implementation application
- Your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager implementation application
- In the Presentation section, verify that the selected skin is CosmosSkin.
- On the Case & data tab, verify that the following case types
are available:
ChangeRequest OpsCR- PegaMKT-Work-Ops-ChangeRequest CreateAction OpsCA- PegaMKT-Work-Ops-CreateOffer UpdateAction OpsUA- PegaMKT-Work-Ops-UpdateOffer - Switch to the Pega 1:1 Operations Manager portal and verify that the teams on the My Teams page are configured according to your requirements.
