Creating a system architect operator in the CDHTemplate:CDHInstall access group

Updated on August 17, 2022

This content applies only to On-premises and Client-managed cloud environments

To complete the installation of your Pega Customer Decision Hub application, create a system architect operator in the CDHTemplate:CDHInstall access group.

During the implementation phase of your project, a system architect uses this operator to run the Pega Customer Decision Hub setup wizard in the development environment and create the Pega Customer Decision Hub implementation application.

Pega Customer Decision Hub Installation Guide
  1. Create a system architect operator in the CDHTemplate:CDHInstall access group.
Note: On the Security tab, ensure that you select the Allow rule check out checkbox.
For more information, see Creating an operator ID.
  2. Log in to the Pega Customer Decision Hub application as the operator that you created.
Result: The Pega Customer Decision Hub setup wizard launches automatically, which indicates that the installation has been completed successfully.
  3. Log out of the application.
