Upgrading from prior versions of Pega Customer Decision Hub
This section provides information for customers upgrading to Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.5 from a previous release.
Multiple Targeting Approaches option removed from engagement policies
In previous releases of Pega Customer Decision Hub, you could specify multiple targeting approaches when creating engagement policies. This option is deprecated and no longer available in Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.5. After upgrading to version 8.5, all multiple targeting approach changes will be removed from your Next-Best-Action Designer configuration.
Pega Deployment Manager upgrade
If you use Pega Deployment Manager, upgrading Pega Customer Decision Hub to version 8.5 will also upgrade Pega Deployment Manager to version 4.8. For more information, refer to Pega Deployment Manager 4.8 documentation.
