Decision Data Store as action state storage on Pega Cloud

Updated on May 13, 2021

New deployments of Pega Customer Decision Hub on Pega Cloud services are now configured to use the Decision Data Store (DDS) to store action state. The batch data is now stored in DDS, instead of Relational Database Management System tables, which boosts performance and improves stability.

When DDS is used to store action data, the following features are not supported:

  • Volume Constraints
  • Wait volume overlays
  • Campaign run restarts
  • Direct output to template
  • Prospects

For more information, see Disabling the Decision Data Store as action state storage on.
