Action monitoring enhancements

Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.7 introduces new action monitoring enhancements to monitor the performance of your actions and receive notifications when significant changes occur.

Operational alerts and insights

New Action Alerts feature provides you with operational notifications on the main Pega Customer Decision Hub page, whenever any significant change in performance is detected, such as an unusually high or low impression or click/accept rate for established actions, or too-low daily impressions for new actions.

Tracking actions performance

In Pega Customer Decision Hub version 8.7, Pega has added new action monitoring features to provide you with intuitive tools to manage and monitor your live actions. Action Performance Tracker can help you determine whether your established actions are performing as expected, ensure that new actions are given enough exposure, and give you insight into the details and sources of any anomalous readings.
