Customer Profile Designer enhancements

Customer Profile Designer now makes it possible to define Interaction History Summaries in the portal by using a simple and transparent user interface.

Interaction History Summaries available in Customer Profile Designer

The process of configuring profile data sources is streamlined and can be completed without the need to access Dev Studio.

All the Pega Customer Decision Hub summaries shipped with Next-Best-Action Designer are available in Customer Profile Designer. Newly created Interaction History Summaries from Customer Profile Designer must be materialized to avoid the need for unnecessary computation for summaries that will not be migrated to the Production environment.

Note: The Customer Profile Designer functionality is available in Pega Customer Decision Hub as an early preview release. Further development is planned for future versions of the product.
