• Define the customer data model and Next-Best-Action Designer configuration using best-practice industry templates.
• Configure the change management mechanism for your system, by setting up the Pega 1:1 Operations Manager application for migrating changes from the Business Operations Environment (BOE) to Production.
• Select a repository for exporting interactions and decisions.
• Define the organization name that is used to properly name rules in your application.

After running the Pega Customer Decision Hub setup wizard, you can start editing the preconfigured data model and Next-Best-Action Designer configuration to suit your business needs.
