Pega 1:1 Operations Manager enhancements
In Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.7, Pega 1:1 Operations Manager provides the options to view related change requests, withdraw the change requests from the current revision, defer the change requests from the revision, and add the deferred change request back to the active revision.
Support of internal email treatment
You can now use the internal email treatment in the Pega 1:1 Operations Manager. When creating new action, or while updating an existing one, you can select a predefined internal email treatment and associate it with that action. While editing an existing action, you can also disassociate the internal email treatment (if present) and associate another one.

View dependent changes
Using Pega 1:1 Operations Manager you can now discover the dependencies between change requests. Use the related change request capability to help locate dependencies by business artifacts, such as Action, When or Treatment. This feature will help you manage multiple changes that are related to one another, and you will be able to continue making business transformations without affecting other change requests.

Withdrawing change request
As a Revision Manager, you can withdraw change requests from the current revision and quickly package your revision for the deployment in case of urgency. You can discard the changes made by the change request that are no longer needed or relevant for your current revision.

Deferring change request
As a Revision Manager, you can defer change requests from the current revision if business reason require you to move changes to a future revision. You can promote limited changes quickly without losing your work. The deferred change request will not be discarded, and can be used in the future revisions.

Adding change request back to the revision
As a Team Lead, you can now add change requests previously deferred from a revision back to the active revision.
