Availability
Options in the Availability section determine if an action is active (enabled) or inactive (disabled). The next-best-action strategy framework selects an active action but filters out an inactive action.

Within a defined time period | Not applicable | Action is active only within a time period specified by the Start Date and End Date fields. |
Start Date (displayed when Within a defined time period option is selected) | StartDate | Date the action becomes active. |
End Date (displayed when Within a defined time period option is selected) | EndDate | Date the action is no longer active. |
Relevant description | WhyRelevant | Description of the circumstances under which this action is relevant for a customer. |
Eligibility description | EligibilityDescription | Description of the circumstances under which this action is eligible for a customer. |
