Pega Customer Decision Hub

This section lists both cumulative and individual metrics pertaining to the Campaign's overall performance.

The metrics displayed in the boxes are cumulative across the execution cycle of the Campaign. The following metrics are displayed:

  • Actions - Number of actions used during the execution of this Campaign.
  • Total impressions - Total number of impressions for this Campaign. The total impressions count can include multiple impressions from the same individual. For example, if an individual opens the same email treatment three times, three impressions are added to the total count.
  • Unique impressions - Number of unique impressions. The unique impressions count only includes one impression per individual. For example, if an individual opens the same email treatment three times, only one impression is added to the unique impressions count.
  • Total clicks - Overall click-through rate of Total number of clicks for this Campaign. The total clicks count can include multiple clicks from the same individual. For example, if an individual opens the same link three times, three clicks are added to the total count.
  • Unique clicks - Number of unique clicks. The unique clicks count only includes one impression per individual. For example, if an individual opens the same link three times, only one click is added to the unique click count.
  • Total click rate - Overall click-through rate of this Campaign.
  • Unique click rate - Click-through rate for unique clicks only.
  • Conversion rate - Overall conversion rate of this Campaign.
  • Actions initiated - Total number of actions initiated during Campaign execution.

The Details sub-section below the boxes presents a drill-down view of the above metrics for each action that was utilized by the Campaign. Clicking the action name opens the corresponding action rule. The following details are available:

  • Action name - Name of the action.
  • Total impressions - Total number of impressions for this action. The total impressions count can include multiple impressions from the same individual. For example, if an individual opens the same email treatment three times, three impressions are added to the total count.
  • Unique impressions - Number of unique impressions. The unique impressions count only includes one impression per individual. For example, if an individual opens the same email treatment three times, only one impression is added to the unique impressions count.
  • Total clicks - Overall click-through rate of Total number of clicks for this action. The total clicks count can include multiple clicks from the same individual. For example, if an individual opens the same link three times, three clicks are added to the total count.
