By default, Pega Customer Decision Hub uses the term actions to refer to the engagement messages. If needed, you can change this to a more appropriate term, such as Promotions or Nudges.
- In the Taxonomy tab of Next-Best-Action Designer, click by the name of the group.
- In the Action naming (singular) field, enter the name of actions from this group, for example, Promotions.
- Click Submit.
- Click Save.
