Issue: Next-Best-Action template support

Use the following troubleshooting tips to help solve issues with Next-Best-Action template support.

Pega Customer Decision Hub

Cause: Next-Best-Action templates do not support customer journeys

As of Pega Customer Decision Hub version 8.6, Next-Best-Action templates do not support customer journeys that are configured as part of the model definition. The exported Next-Best-Action templates will not include any customer journey information.
