Use the following troubleshooting tips to help solve issues related to action processing.
Issue: Accept and reject counts for actions do not update, or actions expire even though a customer has responded
If action accept and reject counts in the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal appear to be incorrect, for example, they do not change even though a customer has accepted an action, verify that the MKTResponseHandler data flow is running.
- Log in to Dev Studio as an operator whose access group points at the PegaMarketing_FW application version 8.
- In Dev Studio, click .
- Check the status of the MKTResponseHandler data flow.
- If the flow is not running, in the Actions column, click .
