Troubleshooting actions and flows

Use the following troubleshooting tips to help solve issues related to action processing.

Pega Customer Decision Hub

Issue: Accept and reject counts for actions do not update, or actions expire even though a customer has responded

If action accept and reject counts in the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal appear to be incorrect, for example, they do not change even though a customer has accepted an action, verify that the MKTResponseHandler data flow is running.

  1. Log in to Dev Studio as an operator whose access group points at the PegaMarketing_FW application version 8.
    Tip: If required, you can create the required access group by copying the MKTTemplate:MarketAdmins template group.
  2. In Dev Studio, click ConfigureDecisioningDecisionsData flowsReal-time processing.
  3. Check the status of the MKTResponseHandler data flow.
  4. If the flow is not running, in the Actions column, click ManageRestart.
