You can configure email treatments to provide links to a microsite. The link contains the customer and action context, so that the microsite is customer- and action-aware. Microsites can load customer and action data, display it to the user, save action data if applicable, and progress the action.
- In an email treatment, click Insert Button.
- Select Microsite as the button function.
- Select the microsite from the Microsite list.
- Enter the required text, image, and style for the link.
