Importing sampled data into the simulation environment manually
In configurations without Deployment Manager, after exporting the data, trigger the simulation data import case type in the simulation environment.

- In your simulation environment, in the navigation panel of Dev Studio, click .
- In the Edit case type work area, click Save and
run.
A simulation data import case is initiated to import the sample customer data, ADM data, and interaction history data.
- Monitor the new case at regular intervals until all the data is imported and
the case is resolved, as in the following example:
