Performance

This section provides an overview of how the action is performing across the following three metrics:

Pega Customer Decision Hub
  • Volume - Total number of times this action has been made
  • Impression rate - Ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the number of times this action has been opened (i.e. impressions) to the volume of the action
  • Conversion rate - Ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the number of times this action has been accepted to the volume of the action
