Using fast-track change requests in Pega Customer Decision Hub

Pega Customer Decision Hub uses the fast-track change requests feature introduced in Pega Platform. Use fast-track change requests to address high-priority or emergency rule changes without the need to disturb a revision that is in progress.

Pega Customer Decision Hub

As a revision manager, you can start fast-track change requests directly on the Revision Management landing page. In addition, you can convert an approved standard change request to a fast-track change request. For more information, see Resolving fast-track change requests.
