Make Payment Microjourney

The Make Payment Microjourney™ enables communication company customers to easily make a payment for a single bill or multiple bills through a customer service representative (CSR). The Make Payment Microjourney can be used out-of-the-box, which helps communications companies to lower their implementation costs by shortening the implementation time. This service case also uses the newer case template that standardizes the case structure for all Microjourneys, and allows for a quicker deployment.

During a customer billing inquiry, the CSR can do the following:

  1. Review the bill details such as bill period, due date and bill status.
  2. Select the amount due or enter a different amount.
  3. Select the Promise to pay option if the customer is unable to make a payment.
  4. Enter a Promised amount and Promised date if the Promise to Pay option is selected.
