Adding an access role

You can update or add a new access role only from Dev Studio.

  1. Log in by using an administrator account. Dev Studio opens.
  2. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, panel, click RecordsSecurityAccess Role Name.
  3. Select the access role that you want to use, for example, .
  4. In the Access Role field, click the filter icon and enter in the Search Text box.
  5. Select the access role that you want to use, for example, .
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Click Create and open.
  8. Update the new role details.
  9. Click Save.
