The suggested actions settings determine the source for the next best action suggestions. The source can be Pega Customer Service, Pega Customer Decision Hub, or both.
- In the navigation pane of App Studio, click .
- In the list of general settings, click Suggested actions.
- To use Pega Customer Service Intent When rules to determine the next best action suggestions during a customer interaction, select the Enable deterministic actions (intent-whens) check box.
- To use Pega Customer Decision Hub data (for example, customer context, contact center, and other contextual information) to determine the next best action suggestions during a customer interaction,select the Enable suggested actions (using Customer Decision Hub) check box, and then enter the Customer Decision Hub server URL.
- Click Save.
