Configure the suggested actions settings

The suggested actions settings determine the source for the next best action suggestions. The source can be Pega Customer Service, Pega Customer Decision Hub, or both.

  1. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click SettingsGeneral.
  2. In the list of general settings, click Suggested actions.
  3. To use Pega Customer Service Intent When rules to determine the next best action suggestions during a customer interaction, select the Enable deterministic actions (intent-whens) check box.
  4. To use Pega Customer Decision Hub data (for example, customer context, contact center, and other contextual information) to determine the next best action suggestions during a customer interaction,select the Enable suggested actions (using Customer Decision Hub) check box, and then enter the Customer Decision Hub server URL.
  5. Click Save.
