Configuring the search behavior

Users can search for cases, knowledge content, and data such as accounts, contacts, and business units in the application portals. To search for instances related to Customer Service data source, you can configure the portal search option on the data source form as described below. For all other instances, you can use the Full-text search.

  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Data types.
  2. From the list of available data types, determine the data type that should be searchable.
