To allow a CSR can mark up a webpage during a co-browsing session, enable the Scribble feature. When this feature is enabled, the CSR sees a Scribble menu on the co-browsing window.

1. Log in to the Pega Co-Browse dashboard.
2. Click the Customize tab.
3. In the Scribble section, select Yes.
4. Click Save.
