Ensuring that conditional processing (Intent When) is disabled
The Enable deterministic actions (intent-whens) check box is cleared by default. When this option is disabled, Pega Customer Service does not process any Intent When rules.
- In the navigation pane of App Studio, click .
- In the list of general settings, click Suggested actions.
- Ensure that the Enable deterministic actions (intent-whens) check box is cleared.
