Create your customer service application. You might want to use the name of the company with whom you will be interacting. For example, if a financial company is implementing a customer service for handling the credit card line of business, they might name the company FinancialCo and name the application Loans.
- Create the application by following the steps in Creating your Pega Customer Service implementation application. For additional information, see Creating applications.
- Click GotoApp to switch to the new application or log
out and log in as the appropriate user. The Loans application, for example, automatically opens in App Studio. New access groups are created for users to log in and access respective features. The portal is also created.
