The following table provides solutions to some issues you may encounter when using Pega Knowledge with the Pega Customer Service application.
|Only two articles are visible in the Knowledge panel.||In App Studio, select, and then check the article display setting. The article display setting may be set to 2.|
|Remove the limit on the number of articles that are displayed in the Knowledge panel.||In App Studio, select, and then clear the Limit the number of suggested articles option.|
|Unable to save articles in the Configuration Tools. The following
warning displays: ||Ensure that you (or system administrator) update the DialogCoachingTipRS property with an unlocked ruleset name that is created for saving articles, dialogs and coaching tips in the CSGeneralSettings data transform.|
