You can use the Pega Customer Service data model to see a graphical presentation of all of the case types and data objects in your application. This visualization of the relationships between the entities can help you to understand all of the dependencies between the elements of Pega Customer Service, and decide how to customize your application.
- In the navigation pane of App Studio, click .
- To view the dependencies visualization as shown in the figure below, in the
list of fields, click any case type. For example, Contact Address Change.
A circle with one line indicates a page property. A circle with three lines indicates a page list property.
