Queue processors not running

If you see problems with queue processors in your Pega Voice AI implementation, ensure that the queue processors are running.

Pega Customer Service Implementation Guide

In the navigation pane of Admin Studio, click ResourcesQueue Processors, and then verify that the TranscriptProcessor and TranscriptArchiver queue processors are both running.

If they are not running, start them and ensure that they reach the Running state.
