Saving login credentials to Pega Customer Service preferences

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you can save your phone login credentials to Pega Customer Service preferences.

Pega Customer Service Implementation Guide
  1. Launch the Pega Customer Service Interaction Portal.
  2. In the Operators menu, select Preferences.
  3. On the Desktop Preferences menu, select Channels Phone.
  4. On the Phone Preferences screen, click Configure Phone Login.
  5. Enter your phone login information.
  6. Click OK to save the changes.
  7. Click Save Preferences to save your preferences.
