Troubleshooting Pega Knowledge issues
The following table provides solutions to some of the issues you may encounter when using Pega Knowledge with the Pega Customer Service application:

Issue | Solution |
The expected number of articles are not displayed in the Knowledge management panel | In App Studio, select | , and then check the value for the article display setting. Organizations can configure the number of articles (1-5) to display to CSRs, or display an unlimited number of articles.
Remove the limit on the number of articles that are displayed in the Knowledge panel. | In App Studio, select | , and then clear the Limit the number of suggested articles option.
Unable to save articles using the Configuration tools. The system displays the following message: You are not allowed to make any changes. Please contact your System Administrator. | Ensure that you (or a system administrator) update the DialogCoachingTipRS property in the CSGeneralSettings data transform, with an unlocked ruleset name that you create for saving articles, dialogs and coaching tips. |
