Voice AI configuration testing

Updated on March 16, 2021

After configuring Voice AI, use the VerifyVoiceAIDataRetrieval activity to test the configuration.

Pega Customer Service Implementation Guide

If the configuration is correct, when you run the activity, you will see XML data containing a 202 or 204 return code.

It is important to test the configuration at a particular stage in the implementation, and to move to the remaining steps only after you see 202 or 204 return code. For information on when you must test the configuration, see Voice AI implementation path.

If you receive an error, the most likely cause is a misconfigured authentication profile. You might need to trace the activity to determine the missing or incorrect configuration in the authentication profile.

If the XML shows a 40X error, it indicates misconfiguration of the isolation ID, transcript resource, or version settings in the Voice AI configuration set. For more information, see Configuring the Voice AI configuration set.
