Application-provided service requests
To support a fast, consistent implementation of commonly used customer service features, Pega Customer Service includes several service requests that are ready for use. You can copy or modify the out-of-the-box service request types, or you can add new ones. For information, see Adding new case types and Implementing case types and attributes.
