Creating the Voice AI channel

Create a Voice AI channel to include the logic that defines how Voice AI generates suggestions.

Pega Customer Service Implementation Guide
  1. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Channels.
  2. In the Create new channel interface section, click Voice AI.
  3. In the Details section, in the Channel interface name field, enter a meaningful label for your channel.
  4. To describe the purpose of the channel, in the Description field, enter a short summary for the channel.
  5. Click Save.
Result: The Current channel interfaces section on the Channels landing page displays the new Voice AI channel.
What to do next: Note the Voice AI channel ID that is visible on the Behavior tab. This channel ID is necessary while configuring the Voice AI configuration set.
