Supervisor functions

Supervisor functions are the activities that a contact center manager handles to configure and support the customer service representative (CSR) work across all channels. The activities include creating dialogs and coaching tips, maintaining business rules in the production environment, monitoring queues and CSR work, and monitoring messaging system health.
