Using business conditions to configure visibility of case suggestions

Use business conditions to set the context for when the service request type will be presented in the Add Task menu and suggested tasks during a customer interaction.

For information about suggesting tasks during an interaction, see "Features that use business conditions" section in Business conditions.

For example, you can suggest a statement copy when a customer requests and address change or you can suggest a contact update when information such as email or phone is missing.
