Pega Express Values
Pega Express™ is a light, design-focused delivery approach that makes use of Pega’s low-code methodology, best practices, and Scrum management to quickly deliver meaningful outcomes. We use design thinking techniques to break customer journeys into smaller, more manageable pieces called Microjourneys™.
The beauty of the Pega Express delivery approach is that you can let it guide you through development of an application using our best practices, through our four phases of Discover, Prepare, Build, and Adopt. Alternatively, if you have your own trusted ways of working, you can simply integrate our Pega Express values and best practices directly into your own approach, to get the most out of your Pega investment.
