Optional: Changing Work ID prefix

The New Application wizard creates the application class structure with the default case type names and Work ID prefixes. To uniquely identify your implementation application cases, you can modify the name and Work ID of your application.

Before you begin: Create an implementation application. For more information, see Creating the application.
  1. Log in to the application using these credentials:

    User Name: [email protected]

    Password: install

  2. In the header of Dev Studio, click [Your application name]Definition to open the Application form.

  3. Click the Cases & data tab.

  4. In the Case types section, change the Name and Work ID prefix of the case types listed to reflect your organization.

  5. Click Save.
