Adding tasks to a work order in the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal

Add any specific requirements that a work order requires to the work order, to enhance the work order with more specific criteria.

Before you begin: Create a work order. For more information, see Creating a standalone work order in the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal.
  1. In the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal, open the work order that you want to modify by performing any of the following actions:

    • Click a work order in the Unscheduled work orders.
    • Click a work order on the timeline.
    • Click a work order pin on the map.
    • Click on a work order within a job.
  2. Add tasks to a work order by performing one of the following actions:

    • On the work order page, click Planned tasks.
    • On the work order page, click Actions and then click Edit.
  3. Click Add task, and then enter a task name.

  4. Click OK.
