Changing your password in the Pega Field Service mobile app

As a field worker, you can change your password from the Pega Field Service mobile app.

  1. On the home page of the Pega Field Service mobile app, tap Trouble logging in?

  2. Enter your user name to reset the password.

  3. Tap Submit.

    Note: A verification code is sent to your email ID.
  4. In the Verification code field, enter the verification code sent to your email ID.

  5. Optional:

    If you have not received the verification code, tap Resend verification code.

  6. Tap Submit.

  7. To reset your password, enter a new password and re-enter it again to confirm the password.

  8. Tap Reset password.

  9. To login with your new password, tap Continue to login.
