Creating a certification in the Pega Field Service Admin portal
The skills and certifications associated with a field worker determine what work the field worker can perform. Certifications are awarded either by an accredited certification agency or by an organization.
As a business administrator, perform the following task to create a new certification.
In the Pega Field Service Admin portal, click
.In the Create certification window, complete the displayed fields.
In the Category field, select either Government or Industry.
In the Certification authority field, enter the name of an authority which issues the certification.
Click Create.
